Oh well. Every year when “black spring break” was a thing where I live, large groups of “students” would eat at local restaurants and then just walk out. Also, utterly trash their hotel rooms, not to mention use the locals’ lawns as bathrooms, and the public roads as whorehouses, on top of cars yet.

Having spent 20+ years in the restaurant business, having a party of 40 black sorority sisters show up is the kind of nightmare from which I’d wake up screaming.
40 people and they wanted separate checks? 25 minute wait for the bill? less than one minute per bill. I am surprised it did not take longer.
The sisters really should have to wait on tables where the black community is the majority. I have seen black wait staff refuse to take tables of black women. They would rather give the table to someone else than put up with them.
Fast forward the thinking process here though folks. These are the next generation of our workforce. How would you like to have to manage these ratchets? Imagine detailing work place duties and responsibilities to them as they are employed in your place of business?

Any large party threatening to leave a restaurant without paying the bill will get the police called on them. Race has nothing to do with it.
These idiots think they can get a bill quickly with a large party? Obviously they’ve never done it before, worked as waitresses, and they think it’s the same as if they are by themselves.

All in today’s news - blacks shouldn’t have the cops called on them when they don’t want to pay their restaurant bill, blacks can sue for $250k when they are acting fools at cops and trespassing in a private pool, and cops aren’t supposed to arrest blacks for smoking pot on public streets or any other misdemeanor crimes.
Why is everybody always picking on me?
My wifes restaurant gets hit with hundreds of these groups during “black college reunion” week(s) ... they get loud and disruptive , demanding and never tip ... there is a reason why different groups gain reputations.
Until I read the article, I thought 'Darden Owned Restaurant' was politically correct journalistic code for 'Red Lobster'.
Do you think the sisters made it clear before ordering that they would require separate checks? If not, no wonder there was a long wait. Think what the servers had to do to create accurate checks for each person.

I think we are going to see a lot of these incidents: black activists show up, figure out how to create a scene and generate outrage, and demand a payoff (or demand the establishment conduct “sensitivity training”, and we later find out that the training providers are paying off activists to create incidents)
