Peter Strzok and Lisa Page. Their love affair infected with TDS resulted in something like 50,000 text messages. Many of them have been highlighted in the IG Report and broadcast far and wide. However, one aspect of this seems to be overlooked: Mr. Lisa Page.
He has to be the most openly cuckolded husband in history yet as far as is known he is still together with the wife who cheated with him in one of the most chronicled love affairs in history. Can you imagine what their household is like, especially now on the heels of the IG report which featured many of the Strzok-Page texts.
So what sort of guy is Mr. Lisa Page? What is known about him? And why is he sticking it out with his wife? Yeah, I know many marriage counselors would suggest they work it out but come on! How do you face your friends and relatives when they all know about how his own wife betrayed him?
Is their home life now marked by cold silence or are they screaming at each other? Perhaps some day they will appear on Oprah to explain that dynamic.
If he is still standing by her, then we know why she was cheating on him. He’s a doormat.
It could be the way he wanted their relationship to be for all we know. The other reason could be for the children if they have any.

How about this pure speculation: they never had an affair. They worked as very close partners in a pair of critical projects. The partnership provided an otherwise wholly impermissible end run around Priestap and other FBI leadership and a direct and inappropriate connection between prosecutor and investigation outside the normal governmental structure. They supposed affair is a cover story for why they were routinely violating the normal chain of command, supported only by the occasional somewhat emotional texts you’d expect between two close partners, and as far as I’ve seen none of the kind of texts that would be specific to an actual affair.

Mark Steyn pointed out that their texts don’t appear so lovey-dovey, and perhaps the ‘affair’ is simply a cover story.

It may go deeper than that. It’s possible she was a Clinton loyalist directed to start the affair with him. After all, it was she that suggested to him that he should “interview” Hillary gently.

Has any “reporter” even attempted to question him and get his view on the situation? As far as I know this has not been done. What a lazy press we have.
He could be sticking with her for the duration of all the negative attention and then take care of family business when most of the focus blows over. Honorable, I suppose.
