What else might (23) refer to?
Dash v Minus?
Military.

It took me a minute to figure out what the hell 23 was. It's right after the "NowC@mesTHEP@in-23!!!" from the graphic in the Q post dated 5-19-18.

I think it's meant to be a minus, but that's just my best guess. A date? Some type of countdown? Any military ideas?

It's a puzzlement.

Today is June 11, 2018 so that means that 23 days before today would be May 19, 2018

Here’s my guess. -23 May 19 to May 31 is 12 days. June 1 to June 11 is 11 days= 12 days plus 11 days = 23 days

Could it be pointing to the ‘minus’ as in ‘T minus 23’?
Is that a common language in military terms?

So would/could that mean 23 days to go?
T minus 23 as in a countdown like on lift offs for rockets?
