It’s over, kaput, finished, dead.
Today’s announcement that Miss America will no longer be based on actual beauty is the final radical feminist nail in the coffin of the once much beloved practice of admiring a woman for how she looks.
Instead, we are now apparently going to tune in to appreciate the contestants’ INNER beauty – their intelligence, their philosophy on life and their thoughts on charitable work.

It was packed, we enjoyed it, everything is “expensive” at those restaurants. Food was quite good as I recall.
Don't worry. It's only a matter of time. Except the "Men" will insist that they're really women. They will of course demand that you believe this under penalty of law. The feminists will be fine with it until one of the poor fools blows it by committing some egregious cultural appropriating dress code violation or some such nonsense. Then the predictable wailing, pulling of hair and gnashing of teeth will ensue and the whole thing will disintegrate into a slurry of PC, SJW, Neo-Marxist sludge that will then run off the cat walk into the historic oblivion it deserves.
They will end-up with mostly unattractive, obese social justice warrior “women”. What a pathetic state of affairs. The only people who will watch will be lesbian social workers. Hahaha.

Women watch beauty contests in the same spirit that men watch Major League sports.A beauty contest is a superficial thing; there is good reason to denigrate such. But just because you call it a “Miss America” pageant doesn’t mean that the people who watch beauty pageants will be attracted to your “liberal” talk show.
Maybe Rush should “identify” as a woman and conduct his own “beauty pageant” on EIB . . .
If looks aren't important, don't play any video, just audio during the competition. (Or have them wear hijabs.) That would truly make it much less based on looks. I'm sure the contestants would have pics of themselves all over the country before the contest. Also, don't announce which state they are from. Just give them random numbers and tell you who they are at the end. No pictures then, either.
This would REALLY boost the TV ratings!

Why bother having the contest “broad”cast at all? Let the participants submit portfolios and judge. About as exciting as its going to get.
I only watched long enough to see how much of a babe my home state put on the catwalk. Knockout babe, mostly babe, squint-a-little babe, or a kennel escapee with no chance of winning? Then I’d watch the news the next day to find out who won.
Now that looking at them is verboten, how long before they all look like Rosie O’Donnell on a bender?
When men are discouraged from admiring good-looking women, the end of the human race can’t be far off.
I love women more than most guys. I’ve had girlfriends since before kindergarten. I love the many ways they’re different than men in the way they think in the way they talk in the way they move. I’ve never been a fan of the Miss America Pageant, but I know what its function The The Miss America Pageant without the swimsuit is like Playboy magazine without the centerfold. That is, they’ve taken out the core reason it exists. It’s like a topless bar deciding that they’re not going to have scantily clad women in it anymore and expect people to come there for the food.
