Prayers ascending! I just got out of the hospital myself and I pray things will go as smoothly for you all as it did for me.
I make one suggestion. Get a big bag of kisses, I put mine in a nice glass bowl, and I offered a kiss of thanks to every hospital worker who came in the room.

Yup. Had hardware installed in my neck in Nov and that was a concern I had post op. But am clear. Hope he recovers alright.

Friend went through that at the age of 95 and lived another 6 1/2 years to tell the story....
Two rounds of intravenous antibiotics and 6 surgeries....
