After a racist tweet by Roseanne Barr that created an outcry online, reruns of the Roseanne revival scheduled to air on Viacom networks Paramount Network, TV Land and CMT will be pulled from their respective schedules.
Roseanne reruns will be canceled on the three channels starting Wednesday, a Viacom spokesperson said.
Later on Tuesday a Hulu spokesperson also confirmed that the streaming platform would be dropping the show, writing, "We support ABC’s decision and are removing the show from Hulu."
The Laff broadcast network Tuesday announced that it would be dropping reruns of the original series, which ran from 1988-97 on ABC. "While we believe viewers have always distinguished the personal behavior of the actress Roseanne Barr from the television character Roseanne Connor, we are disgusted by Barr’s comments this week. Therefore, we are removing the original Roseanne series from the Laff schedule for the time being, effective immediately," Laff said in a statement.

That’s ok, I dropped my Hulu membership because the only reason I had it was to watch Roseanne.

Rosanne was still scheduled to be on right now according to the online tvguide.com. It’s not. In it’s place, they’re airing The Middle. That was fast.
TV execs, an oligarchy, have gone full retard.
They are trying to pretend they all don’t know each other but are simultaneously outraged at a bad joke on twitter. Meanwhile, they continue to broadcast, produce, and disseminate filth.
The feeling is getting more mutual everyday.
If only I could let cable go. Hubby is disabled, glued to the tv, and it’s just what he likes. I stream everything and watch very little tv.

I’m so tired of conservatives being beaten up over racism. Because it was Jerry Seinfeld's show, not Michael Richards's show and Seinfeld had nothing to do with what Richards did. Regarding The Cosby Show and Roseanne, the show creator is whom the scandal is about.
