A Democrat said that when she talked to her on the phone she was crying so uncontrollably that you cannot understand her for 15 minutes and then she just kept carrying on about how it was all Obama’s and James comey’s fault.

It was clear that the election was decided at that point, but John Podesta was not going to offer a concession on behalf of Hillary, and Hillary was in no shape to appear in public.
