In researching I came across a company named SERCO and their ties to Nakheel Properties one of the owners of the Corinthia Hotel.
SERCO Group, an international services company, announced on Tuesday (2015) that it has signed a new contract with Nakheel to continue operating and maintaining the Palm Jumeirah Monorail System in Dubai. The contract will see SERCO providing its services for another five years.

As the UK’s largest outsourcing giant, SERCO not only has control of every aspect of the USA, Including the government and military, its franchises also include Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.

Public records demonstrate SERCO’s concentrated effort to woo the U.S. government. In recent years, it has spent more than a million dollars on lobbying and political activities, including $6,450 donated to President Obama’s election campaign, according to the Sunlight Foundation.
This year, as the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) was considering proposals for insurance-exchange work, SERCO spent $100,000 to hire Greenberg Traurig to lobby regarding the “implementation of [the] Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act,” according to January registration papers.
In July 2013 SERCO was awarded a $1.25 billion contract to manage the implementation of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act.
The Obama administration must have known about SERCO’s checkered history, even as it was being lobbied to award the corporation an ACA insurance-exchange contract. Any one of these scandals would have been troubling enough, but taken together they make you wonder what the U.S. government was thinking — as with so much of the rest of Obamacare.
