It is impressive. These executive orders were mentioned on Fox this am by someone from the White House as part of the draining the swamp agenda.

Those three EOs released yesterday I believe will have a profound impact for the good in the long term. In one of those EOs is written a requirement that civil service employees must spend 75% of their work time doing government work.
Well, shucks, Andy! Duh!... that’s the obvious response from regular workin’ stiffs. What that rule really targets is all the non-government work that goes on by employees 100% of their time, namely lobbying, grievance committee stuff, business agent noobery, etc.
That rule will go a long way in cleaning up waste down the road.
