What is totally ridiculous is we have this byzantine labyrinth of regulations for our CITIZENS to pass on THEIR citizenship to their legitimate offspring, but an illegal alien can step across our border by two inches, and ten seconds, and drop a baby who magically gains instant NATURAL BORN CITIZENSHIP! And thirty-five years later is eligible to run for President!
That rule is based on minority dicta written by a LOSING justice DISAGREEING with the seven to two majority in a Supreme Court case of how he would LIKE the law to be, but isn't. . . yet the bureaucrats decided they were going to TREAT immigrant babies as if the LAW WERE the way that minority progressive justice opined it should be, without a basis in actual law!
