So often he seems very sensible. He has always (pre-Q) struck me as sincere whether I agreed with him or not. In the Q era, I suspect everyone!
Do people think he is just stupid on some issues? A white hat? A black hat? Or what?

Rand Paul would vote for her if necessary. He’s playing to his base. He is, after all, a politician, albeit one of the better ones.
