In the real world of people that hold clearances, once you leave the job that required it, the clearance is removed and you have to have it reinstated for the next job that requires it.

In the world of corrupt government people, I guess they get to keep it for life or some other such illegal thing.

Bottom line - if you do not have a job that requires the information you cannot see the information. Since she has no job she should not even have a clearance, if she does she should not be able to see ANYTHING. Again 2 sets of rules.

If it were a normal person they would probably be arrested on sight for trying to use an out of date clearance, in their world everyone just looks the other way it seems.
