I accidentally answered Shawnee Pete instead of you in a previous thread on the SIS meaning.

SIS is the UK “Secret Intelligence Service”, also known as “MI6” - James Bond’s outfit.

The are one of the Brit intel services included in our Five Eyes agreements, roughly equivalent to the C_A. They will work with the CI_ if it suits their purposes, though I would call that a love/hate relationship by both parties.

Where did the original reference to SIS come up? I missed it.

In this case if you hover over SIS, you are provided with: “Signals Intellegence Service”. Q is saying that the majority of people in these agencies are good and POTUS has not forgotten them.
