Report on FNC is that it’s not known but believed there are no family present; however there is a VIP area that has been set aside away from the press and I suspect there should certainly be some family members present. Plane expected to land in 30 minutes now.

Deputy Press Lindsay Walters informs the pool the families of the returnees are not on site at Andrews. After coming to Andrews and meeting with the President, the returnees will be going on to Walter Reed for further evaluation and medical treatment. The White House is referring any questions about their medical condition to the State Department.

No they are not. Due to uncertainty over whether they would be released. It was not known in time to get the families is the official narrative.
I’m thinking the fact that they transferred them from Pompeo’s plane to a medical plane, means they are not in the best of health.
Fox just said that they would be going to a medical facility from the airport.
