Not without more. But I doubt he is doing any investigation there. He obtained the FBI-planted spy's evidence because that witness is relevant to the job he was assigned to. The spy was certainly associated with the Trump campaign.

Looks to me like Congress should be able to impeach him or something, but I’m not familiar with the special counsel regulations.
