I speculated, “arrest or mortal coil”?. Thinking longer, it could mean that RGB will realize that her “free-wheeling” days are over. POTUS is not going to let her, or any official perform the functions of POTUS...anytime, anywhere. She has not violated the Logan Act but she has violated the separation of powers.
She has leaned on the “you can’t put a feeble old woman in prison” act too long. POTUS may show her that prison (GITMO) may well be in her future.
I think Jihad Qerri may be the initial target.
That’s my chaff for the day.
She likely DID violate Logan in Viet Nam.
I’d be happy with either one as target. But why restrict the targets to just one?

The news articles on the refurbishing of Gitmo did mention a state of the art hospital....
