Look at drops #18 and #24 for your answer. I think these are folks that could be prosecuted and many will be, but they were given a choice, resign or else. Many R's took the resign option and won't be prosecuted. The Dems either were not given the option, or chose to hang tough. That's why there are 13,000 cells at GITMO.
I am still not able to get to a research board that actually has any Anon posts on it. Usually I click the number at the top right hand side at a site such as qanonposts.com.
Clicking that number takes me to the Patriots Fight on 8chan. The Q drops are there, but no anon posts.

I partially agree with your assessment. The dem’s package seems correct. It is likely that some of the repubs who have resigned are just hoping that they will be ignored and forgotten when the “ it hits the fan”.
