"Bitten on the hand. Not bad bites but bites nonetheless. They're seeking medical attention right now." I was looking for something a little more dramatic. Or maybe funny, like what you would see in a Looney Tunes cartoon.

When I was young (in my 20’s), I found a bobcat kitten and took it home...I kept it in a large cage for about 6 months...I had to wear a welder’s glove when I fed it...
I released it back into the mountains where I’d found it...It was just as mean the day I released it as it was when I found it...

Are you kidding right now?
(From the article)
“If you see animals in trouble, Wildlife Rescue says you should not e-mail them.”
Do *not* e-mail the distressed animals, whatever you do.

"Half the population has IQs below 100."
But public schooling has given them all high self esteem.

Half the population has IQs below 100. "If we increase teachers' salaries, we can fix that!" -- said half the population.

Seest thou a man wise in his own conceit? there is more hope of a fool than of him.

I was just out cutting the grass and saw a gray, fuzzy rat. Seriously, it was big for a rat but still smallish so it never entered my mind it was a possum until it got stuck trying to crawl thru some lattice. Then I figured it out. Can’t remember the last time I saw a baby possum.
I left it there in the lattice. Figured it would either get out, or my cat would find it. Yumm...
