Parkland shooting survivor David Hogg says the National Rifle Association is scared of the support he and other young gun control activists have received in the months after the Florida tragedy. In a CNN appearance on Friday, Hogg told Anderson Cooper that president Donald Trump and vice president Mike Pence's appearances at the NRA convention in Dallas serve as proof that the powerful gun lobby is worried about the upcoming midterm elections. The 18-year-old activist said: 'This is the first time they had the president and the vice president come out to the annual convention for the NRA. What they are saying here is that they are worried because the support we've been getting and the support we'll have in midterms.'

Hasn’t this swishy freak had his fifteen minutes already? He cowered in a closet (excuse the pun) while his brave classmates saved lives. Talking to mommy and daddy, while two young men gave their lives for others. Enough of him, already!
I would put a yard sign out with his picture saying this is why you need to vote red, but he’s a child. Can’t diss the baby. (unless of course it’s a Trump).
The more he ‘trianglulates’ with his mouth, the FURTHER LEFT he makes the Dems look on gun grabbing...and that is NOT GOOD if they want to win seats in November.
Be too bad if Congress renewed the draft and Mr. Hogg got a call-up notice.
Run for office? maybe we should start a GoFundMe page for his salary to start picking up all the illegal weapons in Miami? he could go door to door in the ghetto areas and ask for their guns.

But the very headline is a lie is it not?
To be a “survivor” you actually had to survive? The last information I had read put him at home, where he then heard about it then came to school is this not accurate?
Bloomberg spends millions of dollars on gun control front groups but not a peep in the socialist media. The NRA actually only spends about $1-$2 million.
Also, one of the things that gets me and tells me that gun control is a lie is that none of the gun grabbers talk about the daily violence in the inner-cities by thugs with automatic weapons. You have the Crips and Bloods and other gangs using Tec-9s, Mac-10s, Uzis, AK-47s...all of these guns are banned and on top of that, the thugs are prohibited from owning guns in the first place and not a peep from gun grabbers like Diane Feinstein. The hypocrisy is just sickening.
Anyone willing to spew hate at the president has a pulpit, while those willing to speak the truth about Obama were silenced.

It seems there was an effort by some members of the Florida state legislature urging Florida’s governor Scott to relieve the Broward county sheriff which went rebuffed and unreported. But the reaction by the BCSD Broward County Sjeriff’s Department was only symptomatic of the policy failures installed at the M S Douglas HS that allowed those murders to occur.
If Scott had done so.The focus would have been on the so called “Promise Policies” enacted by the Marjory S Douglas school board supported by the previous Obama administration. It would have exposed the mind set of excessive permissiveness toward correction of any violation requiring disciplinary action.like : Drug use and sales , lockers ,cars broken into or stolen. Likewise, books and ,bikes. Not to mention student vs student and student vs teacher altercations. Creating what was hardly an idyllic scholastic setting let alone offer student security. Add to that the lowering of scholastic standards. All going lightly dealt with or given glowing fabricated results.and richly rewarded by the previous administrations “She-he- it” movement through DOJ grants..
Because of this the focus was not directed at policy failure’s cause and effect. .
