Scientists warn of potential serious health effects of 5G

September 13, 2017

We the undersigned, more than 180 scientists and doctors from 35 countries, recommend a moratorium on the roll-out of the fifth generation, 5G, for telecommunication until potential hazards for human health and the environment have been fully investigated by scientists independent from industry.

5G will substantially increase exposure to radiofrequency electromagnetic fields (RF-EMF) on top of the 2G, 3G, 4G, Wi-Fi, etc. for telecommunications already in place. RF-EMF has been proven to be harmful for humans and the environment.

Here’s one link regarding 5g for anyone interested in additional info. Like I said, I’m not tech savy so there’s no sense in me discussing it.

Meant to include you on this post. In case anyone was interested, I did a search and posted one of the articles regarding 5g. It might make sense to someone - I’m not tech savy.

In the interest of better informing those who might be interested, perhaps you would like to provide the scientific data that proves the concern on 5g is unfounded, unscientific hysteria. That would be a really outstanding benefit for everyone.

Another science post!
I deny it.

The fallacy in your "scary" article is in this sentence:

"5G will substantially increase exposure to radiofrequency electromagnetic fields (RF-EMF) on top of [added to] the 2G, 3G, 4G, Wi-Fi, etc. for telecommunications already in place."

The fallacy is that technological advance is not, necessarily, an an "ever-increasing-sum game"

As superior technology is introduced, preceding, inferior technologies are abandoned. (Go try and purchase a newly-produced and sold 2G device...)

It is reasonable to propose that, adding a device with reduced physiological risk (5G) -- that displaces another with much higher [theoretical, unproved] risk (2G, 3G) results in a net sum lower risk.

~~~~~~~~~~~
BTW, since we're on a conservative forum, I'll predict that there is a very high probability that those "more than 180" (WHOOPEE!) panic-fomenting "scientists and doctors from 35 countries" also subscribe to the pseudoscientific fallacy of "Gorebull Wahruming".
FRegards,
TXnMA
