Prolly obvious, but U1, I read, is why we are in Niger. Bark the Obama gave gazillions to surrounding countries bordering Nigeria to keep Boko Haram from spreading, but gave nothing to Nigeria to stop Boco Haram, there. Can this be true?

I didn’t know about Nigeria. So interesting. These slimeballs have fake cover for everything. You can just about guarantee that if BH0 did something, there was an ulterior motive behind it, that it was a front for some other action.
