This thread is a friendly collaborative place for FReepers to analyze information and share opinons. FReepers have a wide variety of reasons for investigating Q Anon content; this is not the appropriate place to criticize or badger those who choose to use some of their time in this manner.

A helpful FReeper passed along the following link to a group that goes live on Youtube when Q drops are released. Q "drops" (i.e., posts) can be read with their original formatting on various websites. Sometimes the Q drop websites come under cyber attack or stop updating. This week, I've been using the following link:

Q drops (i.e., posts) often use unfamiliar acronyms. Swordmaker maintains a list of acronym definitions to help FReepers understand Q drop text. That would be logical, wouldn’t it?

But it will never happen. I can’t give you a legal argument, but I am 100% certain that the Supreme Court would rule the laws he signed to be valid. Someone would come up with an argument and SCOTUS would accept it, probably unanimously.

You can’t just rewind 8 years of history, although President Trump is doing his best!

UPDATE 11:22 PM EDT —
In the last hour, there have been at least THREE (3) “Skyking” Emergency Action Message (EAM) transmissions over the United States Military Global High Frequency Communications System.

An EAM is exactly what it sounds like: It is the highest priority message in the entire US Military. In layman’s terms, it means stop whatever you’re doing and do this right now.

All these messages are encrypted in a manner that makes it impossible for anyone other than the military to decipher what the message means. The fact that EAM’s are being transmitted on the very evening that so much is taking place in the Middle East, is not a good thing.

Iranian state-run mass-media outlet PRESS.TV has suddenly gone offline. It’s web site has either been taken down or attacked and taken offline.

Thanks, RL. You made the same point I was making, but I did not know there was a legal precedent in government for defacto officer.

As a businessman, I am very familiar with the concept in corporate law. For example, if a corporation lets an employee or agent have a business card that says Vice President, and then allows them to sign contracts, then the corporation is estopped from using the fact they wern’t a real officer as a defense against being bound by the contract.

The key is that the corporation “clothed” the agent as an officer, even if they were not duly elected or appointed as such. So it is not the problem of the other parties who relied on the contract.

The corporation may have recourse against the “fraudulent” employee who exceeded their authority, but the contracts are still binding.

I am sure something like this doctrine would be used to validate the legal actions taken during the Zero presidency.
