When Comey told Brett Bair (more than once) that he knew no one was going to prosecute Hillary I started yelling at the TV, “ask him who TOLD him they weren’t going to prosecute”!
My guess after reading every S/P text is Comey was told DOJ would not prosecute so he did what he could. The texts messages make clear the FBI knew the DOJ was totally politicised. They loathed Eric Holder.
Looks like they’re just playing a solitaire type game from the view.

FYI-After Rudy G. convicted Marc Rich of tax evasion, Comey took over the additional investigations-came up short for charging anything.
Marc Rich was pardoned by Clinton - he was their partner with respect to smuggling drugs, arms, and purchase/sale of embargoed Gaddafi oil. Long relationship with the Clintons all the way back to then.

Although I can't comment specifically on that particular game, it should be noted that multiplayer internet games often have forums where people can chat.
It is standard procedure for people to chat in these game forums about stuff that has nothing to do with the game. Very big in the espionage biz. Largely untraceable, unless you are already being monitored.
