Dogs cannot get ‘autism’, the British Veterinary Association has warned, after the ‘anti-vaccine’ movement spread to pets.

'Anti-vaxxers' believe that immunisations have harmful side effects and may be the cause of autism in children - beliefs widely debunked by the medical community.

This theory is increasingly being applied to pets, particularly in the US, and there are fears it is spreading to the UK and could cause already low vaccination rates to fall.

The BVA said: “We are aware of an increase in anti-vaccination pet owners in the US who have voiced concerns that vaccinations may lead to their dogs developing autism-like behaviour.

I had an Afghan hound that was dumb as a post.
An R-tard if there ever was one.

Have any studies been conducted regarding the correlation of parents who abused drugs in the 60's and 70's who later spawned autistic kids?

We had a cat we dubbed Woodpile Kitty because we found him stalking around on the woodpile.

He never interacted with the other cats.

He did not seek out humans for attention.

He did not hunt or chase birds or butterflies.

He did not relax when picked up.

We never heard him purr.

He sat for hours in winter in front of the hot air vent, then licked and scratched until his fur fell out.

We always referred to him as autistic. One day we came home and found him stiff and prone on the deck. He was about 4 or 5 at the time and he was just never quite right.

Watch "Vaxxed" before you call me a flat earther. Calling names is always the last resort of a Democrat that has no answer. It used to be on Youtube for free. They actually caught the CDC destroying documents, forging documents, and other crimes. A doctor that treated stomach disorders found the correlation with vaccinations. Have you noticed how many Crohn's patients there are today. Almost none 50 years ago. Autism discoveries came later.

If you can't afford an hour to watch a video, I don't want to hear anymore from people who have no clue what they are talking about. I had a nephew this happened to. He got the shot at 12 mo. and had seizures on the way home from the doctor. He had seizures for the next 29 years until his death. he had just gotten a clean bill of health from the very doctor that gave him the vaccination. He was NEVER the same again.
