Pubbies easily win House Special Electionover Democrat in Arizona 8th CD!!!
These special elections get critical mass from the hysterical media and from the big donors on the Democrat side thinking that they can be wolves and take out the stragglers. They can’t repeat this kind of outcome in the November Election.
It’s like the old saw: what do you call a person who graduates from Medical School last in the class? Doctor
How long until the Dem lawsuits start because, obviously, “Russians” or something?
According to Google, this district went 58% Trump to 37% Clinton.
Shucks...I’m only kidding. Any Democrat that invites Obama & Clinton to campaign for them is either smoking too much reefer or, more sadly, they are wildly insane.
Hoot.....Obama and Clinton have to go out of the country to get anyone to listen as to what they have to say. Please don’t count on Obama & Clinton to do much campaigning this year.
A good, solid win. Especially with all the “RED (Communists) for ED BS that is taking place in AZ. No one is being reasonable, and actual socialists are gaining a foothold.
Should probably tap the brakes there a bit. This is a +20 district, won by a RINO with a +5.
Trent Franks carried this with 63%, 75%, and 68% the last 3 cycles.
It was a long way for Tipirneni in the first place.
Lesko wins as expected in AZ. Demmedia deeply saddened.
Once they count more than 1precinct we can judge .
Dems this afternoon were threatening the Republican victory margin of anything less than 10% was a win for the Dimms across the nation (paraphrased)
First Trent Franks ran unopposed in his last two elections and second, the totals you are looking at are only the “early voting” votes that were cast. The rest of the voting will begin to be posted after midnight (EST). So, just hang loose for a bit, and soon you will have the final totals of votes cast.
Results of special elections are usually an indicator of which side can rile up their base. Turn out in these elections are the partisans, you can’t expect a repeat of the results in a previous Presidential election. This proves that the Democrats have a motivated hard core left and they turned out. Republicans, not so much and for the rest, they didn’t even know that there was an election today.
Obviously, this must change for November, but the November election is more likely to be closer to the 2016 result than what we saw today.
Definitely poor in a district 80% for Trump. Right on, laplata.
“Hiral Tipirneni”? Does that qualify as a real name? LOL
Amen.
So much for the Blue Wave.
The party that is out of power is usually more motivated, in a mid-term year. It’s always been thus.
C'mon, man.
Where do you get RINO? She has a solid Republican voting record.
????
What do you mean by Hiral, baggy?
Seems to me the Dems are getting too many votes.
People must still be braindead out there.
