Well her folks thought it would be a good idea to name her havana. Maybe calmer heads prevailed and the rest of the kids decided they would rather (maybe) learn something during that time.
The parents named this demon child “Havana”. Why not “Fidel” ?

My son’s school already had the day off, as it was designated as a “bad weather day”.
