Mentions Perdoza (pilot) did not have a pilots license. Also 6 people died and the plane was a Commanche 24 that is a 4 passenger plane. Must have had 4 setting in the rear, in addition to being overweight with the extra weight in the rear would make the plane at rick of stalling.
rick = risk
Thank you for the reasonable explanation.

I don’t wonder the FAA wants to make this go away.
Not to mention the great big can of worms opening up on whoever let this aerial CLUSTER**** even get out the door of the FBO, let along crawl into that poor little airplane.
....dumber than a damn pile of wet stones.
fatima, here is another link which TruthWillWin sent me about the non licensed pilot. Following is a repost of what TruthWillWin sent:

Well some of those girls looked slim, but what was happening is that the Center of Gravity or CG was moved aft from where it should have been. Once take-off occurred, probably using flaps, no doubt the flaps were retracted as they limit airspeed. That caused the CG to again migrate aft. Once a little fuel burned off the aft CG issue exceeded the control authority. Done deal. Now the fact the dope wasn't a licensed pilot doesn't mean he couldn't fly, but for sure he didn't understand 'the how' of why the airplane flies. No need for remote control this one was coming down on it own if it got airborne.
