I went to court on a traffic thing one time and got a judge that looked and sounded just like him.
There was a guy who appeared before me who may have been an illegal.
A long list of charges was read off, all driving related.
The judge looked at him and said, “Mr. Lopez.. you have been charged with the entire vehicle code. Now what do you have to say for yourself?”
Best judge ever.

RIP. I also liked his Dave Barry, and I’ve met Dave Barry.

“Markie was hot. A liberal but hot.”
She spent quite a bit of time at the Clinton White House. Rumor has it that Bill walked in on Markie and the Beast, and the Beast told him to get the hell out.

He passed quite some time ago. Not long ago unless he got a second chance.
Breaking news all over the nets.
To: Califreak
Did he hit him with $50 and time served?

Yes he is. One article I read said that he crab fishes now. He keeps to himself.

I forgot.
I was laughing too hard and so was everyone else in the courtroom.
It was a long time ago.

Markie also had Rush on her subsequent show as a guest and teamed up with him to win trivial pursuit against others from the show. Back when libs could be nice to conservatives.

Sorry to hear that. I was thinking of him a few days ago. He participated in a benefit show at Houstons Jones Hall back when the TV show was on, and I met him at the event. Very pleasant person.
To: lowbridge
I remember him doing his carney magic, like sticking a needle through his arm and wiggling it under his skin.
I even think I saw him one night performing at the Laugh Stop in Houston in the early 80's.
