Cowboys expected to release WR Dev [sic] Bryant today, barring an unexpected last-minute change of heart, per @toddarcher and me. But the plan going into meeting that is now underway was to part ways with Bryant.

Dez is a shell of his former self. Not worth the $12.5 MM salary and $16.5 cap number. I think it is crazy to pay that much for a WR.
