Its a really tiny magnetic field. Its about 2-2.5 nanotesla at satellite altitude, which is about 20,000 times weaker than the Earths global magnetic field..
Just what can be viewed through a wall or two?
What would be the exposure time?
Some very sensitive man carried magnetometers are used for mineral exploration.
Are they also deployed at our ports? Airports?
Would this be fun to point around and see what there is to see?

I’m guessing the ocean currents have a direct impact in fluctuations in this field and the interaction between this one, the stronger field, and charged particles in the sky have a direct impact in weather generation. Cool stuff.
