Well, we know DJT doesn’t believe in telegraphing his real war, so I’d guess this tweet is part of his Theater.

Russia though, has stated that not only will they shoot down missiles, but they will target the source of any missiles that hit Assad’s forces which do have Russia special forces embedded IIRC.

So I hope it is just theater, otherwise it’s the Cuban missile crisis times 4.
