I did some searching around and all web references to this “event” quote the same text from the link provided here. I looked up the ICLCJ which is : International Common Law Court of Justice. At most it seems like a group of vigilantes who may or may not actually do stuff. So I think this “arrest” of the 2 US Corporate guys is not real.

Thanks, I just got back and haven’t done any more research. However, the article did say that the Montreal Police were involved. Brussels Belgium has a lot of Official crap that the EU accepts, but the USA doesn’t.
I’ll probably look into it a bit more later tonight. I do recall that McGill University was linked to the MK Ultra CIA experiments.
I think the article stated the McGill /MKUltra connection, didn’t it?
