Concur, but I think it’s more than Ryan. My 1st reaction was cleansing of the entire HOUSE.

If you wish to read something into the capitalization of H, I have another possible interpretation:

The White House has been called “the People’s House” in the past. Isn’t cleaning the immediate staff of the White House, to prevent leaks and the like, of paramount importance?

Could the “H” refer to the White House?
