on reddit. Says that they are installing a padded room at Gitmo between Feb 28 and Mar 31. So that should have happened by now. (Ready for HRC?)
Or, maybe, they expect an inmate to be violent when approached for questioning. Padded room allows the “interviewer” (who would be military) to defend him/herself.
