How often does POTUS RT weekly address?

I was thinking RT = RETWEET in this particular case.

Nothing else makes sense. Most especially REAL TIME and REXT TILLERSON.

Yes, I have to agree - in this case, retweet does seem to make sense. HOWEVER there is still the 6+ month time factor, which is what made me think “real time.”

Probably have that one garbled too.

No, the question is how often does the POTUS give the weekly address live? Normally, it’s prerecorded, edited, then broadcast. This time he gave it in REAL TIME, i.e. live.
