Very disturbing how that hall was set up for the Vatican and with the serpent look from afar. I also commented on the other thread where the Jesus sculpture looks like it is being devoured by the serpent from the far back picture. The symbolism is terrible and no doubt on purpose.

OK. I set to .01, and it indeed looks flat. My contentions has been the huge variance in elevation readings from one end of the court to the other.
If I scroll to where the direct overhead view start starts to go down to the street view...but don’t go that far. This lets me look at a the court’s surface from a side view to where you can see (whatever this is) is laid, draped, painted or paved onto the top of a hill. The elevation tool corroborates what my eye is telling me.
My imagery dates are not quite matching yours. I’m looking at a 9/12/2017 image that is completely pixeled-out.
