OK. I set to .01, and it indeed looks flat. My contentions has been the huge variance in elevation readings from one end of the court to the other.
If I scroll to where the direct overhead view start starts to go down to the street view...but don’t go that far. This lets me look at a the court’s surface from a side view to where you can see (whatever this is) is laid, draped, painted or paved onto the top of a hill. The elevation tool corroborates what my eye is telling me.
My imagery dates are not quite matching yours. I’m looking at a 9/12/2017 image that is completely pixeled-out.
