Last night's episode of Roseanne found the Conners at odds, as Roseanne and Darlene butted heads over parenting styles. While Darlene is pretty lenient with her daughter Harris, Roseanne is the tough parent we've always known her to be (remember when she took Becky's door off the hinges in season 2?).
Those differences came to the forefront during a family argument, where Harris says she thinks she's better than her "hillbilly" relatives and Roseanne calls Harris an "entitled little b-ch" and shoves her head under the kitchen faucet.
And people definitely had some opinions about the scene. Some thought it went too far, and seemed out of character for Roseanne:
The rest of the episode found Roseanne struggling to accept the perils of aging as Dan tries to get her to use a motorized chair to go up and down the stairs.
It was quite an episode!
I thought Good Housekeeping was all about meatloaf recipes and getting stains out of furniture.
Can’t stand her. Never understood why people watched her the first time around. Ugly voice, ugly face, ugly demeanor.
Maybe Roseanne will ask the star of “Last Man Standing” to become a part of her show. That would really roast their clams! Roseanne is impish and bold enough to do it.

The only thing that bothers me about the show is the constant bashing of tbe economy.
Yeah, it got torn apart by obama, but the jobs numbers are, and have been, recovering at a record pace. Darleen’s job search made it sound like we’re in the depression.

I would assume the show is going to be far less Political than we all had imagined, but the jabs taken at Leftist Culture will have the Commies just as upset.
I can’t imagine too many snowflakes watch the “Rosanne” reboot.
I watched it last night. It was the first time in more than 30 years that I have watched a prime time TV situation comedy. I set my DVR to record all episodes of it.
I enjoyed the episode. Didn’t find anything wrong with what Roseanne did. It’s a comedy!
She grew up to be a very nice young woman who met a great guy and they just gave us a beautiful little granddaughter.
Liberals have a hard time distinguishing reality from fiction. They want fiction to depict the reality that they WANT to impose on us.

Totally disagree with you. She’s always been a comic genius and her ability to connect with regular people rivals that of Lucille Ball. Sure, she’s a bit crazy, but we all have someone like that in our family. Most importantly, she’s portraying a Deplorable as a hard working on racist person..... which they are.... that is simply concerned more about job prospects then the latest politically correct fad. Love her.
I suspect that future episodes will show that Darlene’s job search is fairly futile because she doesn’t have any marketable skills. “Women’s Studies’ won’t cut it. Will be watching Roseanne & flipping back & forth with NCIS every Tuesday night.
Best part of the entire show!! My Daughter and I laughed pretty hard but I definitely laughed longer.
If they don’t like it they can watch the teletubbies or tentacle porn like their idols.
