I do believe you are right, TXnMA. Hoosiermama does seem to have identified why Huber was selected to lead the investigation. If all the surveillances can be traced to this place, it makes sense.
This answers a lot of questions in my mind.

There’s some jack-serious heat dumping infrastructure going on there. Note the six large cooling towers in the fore of the photo.
Got on Google Earth and saw there’s another seven towers at the opposite end of the complex.
Note the tank farm to the right of the cooling towers: 9 tanks here and another set of nine at the opposite end. They’re pretty hefty in size. GE ruler tool indicates them to be 12’ diameter x 60’ long...6785 cu ft capacity each. Piping appears to be insulated so perhaps LP gas fuel storage.
Was not able to make out the presence of any emergency gensets. Usually those flag themselves by large exhausts protruding out and up. Surely they have some monster-sized backup power.
This thesis and the great reminder photo certainly rebuts my question of “Why Utah?” for hiring on Huber. I do hope this is the reason for Utah Huber, and not of the Romney owned Mormon legislators, in the US Senate, who among others recommended him.
He is going to be stuck with Utah based corruption to muster a grand jury, is my understanding. This connection you are bringing to the thread will be making the Left very nervous.
