My guess the data gathering equipment is in ,Utah. Therefore that is the location of the crime of listening into Trump, the Supreme Court , various congressmen. It may have been ordered from D.C. But the act took place in Utah. It appears they are going after 4th Amendment abuse.

To be heard at SCOTUS I think it first will be presented from Utah federal Attorney to Gorsuch. He may have been the only SCOTUS Justice that was NOT spied upon.

That could definitely be part of the equation.

Excellent point. I hadn’t thought of that.

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.***

Article IV

The Constitution, through the Fourth Amendment, protects people from unreasonable searches and seizures by the government. The Fourth Amendment, however, is not a guarantee against all searches and seizures, but only those that are deemed unreasonable under the law.

Brilliant analysis.

I sincerely hope that those who violated the 4th Amendment will be prosecuted for invading the privacy of EVERY CITIZEN, not just Trump, SCOTUS, Congress.

We need to completely and permanently shut down this abuse of our privacy.
