Found that it was on the Delta Tau Delta crest.

Marcus Lutrell, Navy SEAL and Andrew Breitbart are on that list. I don't recognize most of those name, but the ones I do seem to be people I recognize as "the good guys."

I'm very surprised to see Paul Ryan on the same list. But then, so is Will Ferrell. So it's hard to really say.

I went to your link and did a search and found a few others, but could not find the WWGOWGA verbiage on the crest. Can you provide a link to that image with that wording? That is most interesting.

I found this following link to a public explanation of their symbolism. One of the symbols is the “Eye of God” symbol. However, I did not find the WWGOWGA wording. If it is among their lore, it may be a secret aspect, and not shown publicly.
