Well yes, that is true. But you know even a loss in the courts can be a win in the polls. Even if one knew going in they were going to lose in the courts, at least you showed your base you are fighting for it. it is a multi-dimrnsional world. just writing those letters is bringing some folks back in the fold.

I don’t know if I would call $1.3 Trillion a bump in the road, but you certainly have a point. Again, if true, he is one crafty SOB(and I mean that as a compliment). He toys with these amateurs. Which is really all they are. They have the weight of the federal government on their side. Most of them were crappy lawyers, who couldn’t hack it and decided to become politicians. Or, they’re like Ryan, a staffer that ran for office and has been able to hoodwink everyone since day 1.
I was furious at first, but I got over it and started looking for some good from it.
This vengeance thing so many are on toward the President is quite unhinged.

We are in a war. Trump is taking all the heat and it is really a hardship for his family and himself.

I have to say, and I doubt anyone will disagree, that those 2 are more evil, conniving, greedy and detrimental to the President, the agenda that he is trying to bring about, and more importantly, to the country and it’s citizens. At least with the Dem’s, from the most ‘moderate’ to the most insane, you know where they stand. Even the ones like Jones, in Alabama and the new guy in Pennsylvania. If you have half a brain, you know that their true colors are going to come out, because the Dem party doesn’t allow, Moderates, anymore.
But with those two, they’re just 2-faced evil and greedy. And since they’re the Leadership, I’m hoping and praying that they are the ones that file the suit, if it comes to that.
I for darn sure do not, never have and never will care about what he did as a private citizen, billionaire 12 years ago, with some whore, pornstar looking for some fame. That’s between him and the wife.

This looks like a totally routine administrative clean-up.
Based on the text it looks like Congress designates emergency spending in the budget but the Executive, who actually spends the money, has to officially declare it as such - in other words agreeing with Congress’intent.
I haven’t researched it but I’d wager the same letter has been sent by every President after every budget passed since 1985.
The courts are filled with corrupt judges.
10) In the end the Supreme Court (yes, that's where it will end) will fully VALIDATE the President's Constitutional Authority & the Wall will be built.
Unless the lower courts on the way to the Supreme delays it until Trump is out of office.
The President said over a year ago that he was really good at contracts.
Bottom line, the Omnibus bill is just a contract I think.
He said there are always loopholes in contracts, you just have find them.

If he attempted to get the Army Corp of Engineers to build a wall in a conventional manner, i.e, government contracts, never would happen. Unions be screaming their heads off. Am curious how much sub-letting are they allowed to do? Will be interesting to watch.

The letter(s) are real. Since learned there is two. Each one referring to a different section in the bill. Their meaning? Yeah, I want confirmation. Am seeing alot of high fiving in twiiter land. Conservatives. Libs as you say quiet. Interesting

If you are referencing the immigration stays, IIRC, the SCOTUS backed Trump. He acted within Executive Authority under the Constitution. In retaliation, Trump then expanded the order.
