Earlier (last Q-thread?) I saw a map of the border wall project that was compiled by the USACoE; that means they were working on it previously.

When the CR money ran out, they had to stop: Red_Castle.

Today, the Omnibus funds them again and they can know pick up where they left off: Green_Castle.

I have and noting is going on according to my SOURCE its all quiet on the southwestern part of Texas by the Rio Grande. If I hear of anything else I'll report.
