Something big they are getting ready for. Needed the money for troops. Also wanting to finish with Afghanistan and get out. Also, a deal to get a whole bunch of appointments made without senate blocking was done - might have dovetailed with Intelligence and Military stuff - not for sure. But that was part of the deal.
Google the name and then twitter...I don’t have an account either. I follow several hundred people all the time.
I don’t have a twitter account either, but if you click the links that people put on the thread, you can see the stuff and watch any video they have on that twitter thread.
