I just went to the bill and searched the following words: wall, concrete, fence, cement, and border.
None of those words come up in a search. So you tell me where this ‘prohibition’ is and how it’s worded if I can’t find those words?
There is a lot, however, on security. And there is a lot of info on using funds allocated for ‘other projects’ in various divisions of the bill.
The interviews with Field McConnell that I have listened to today, he says several times that he does not pay taxes.
He said that his sister, Kristine Marcy, sent him a letter that mentioned taxes, even though she knows that he does not pay taxes.

I REALLY don’t know what to make of those 2, I really don’t.
True that when only 50% of the population pay taxes.
I would get so pissed at Bush when he bragged about fewer and fewer people were removed from tax liability. So for any tax reform, ask any of those no-tax payers what their opinion is of the system. “Well hell...it’s just great!” Try getting them behind any roll back movement!
I’m sure someone could do that.
