Cities are failing because the rivers and coasts are no longer the hub of trade and they are run badly, chasing away business and jobs. Chicago, LA and New York are becoming cesspits as business and jobs flee. Move more people to the city so we can all live crowded in poverty while the Al Gores and Global-warmists live on their massive country estates and fly their private jets hither-thither and yon? No thank you.
