A Portland woman ignited a social media fire this week over a confrontation with a restaurant diner she says was wearing a shirt with a Nazi symbol.
As Raw Story first reported, on March 13, Deavon Snoke was dining at Kachka—a Russian restaurant owned by Bonnie Frumkin Morales, who is Jewish and whose family fled the Holocaust, and her husband Israel Morales, who is Mexican—when she spotted a man sporting a "Luftwaffe" t-shirt.
“I was asked to leave Kachka tonight for calling this Nazi out,” Snoke wrote on Facebook. “Remember his face. Memorize the symbolism on his shirt. Yell as loud as you can.”
The post has been shared more than 500 times, with comments such as “I don’t think I could even hurt my fist punching this Nazi.”

Yep - I don’t think it’s illegal to wear a Nazi shirt or march in Skokie (just obnoxious and something you’ll probably get yelled at for), but some Smith Act provisions seem to survive First Amendment challenges and the Smith Act has certainly been construed as applying to Nazis in the past.
I don’t speak for Portland lady but you wear a Che shirt around me and I’ll yell at you too. Better yet, wear one to Little Havana and see what happens. Surprised to see apologists for Nazi-inspired fashion on a conservative forum. All socialist mass murderers suck - Nazis, Commies etc. And the legal right to wear something doesn’t protect you from having your feelings hurt.

BTW, Hitler and Stalin were great buddies, they were friends for much longer than they were enemies. Both are thugs with the same ideology, it’s just that totalitarian thugs, by definition, don’t like competition.

Find me any evidence at all that the German Air Force still uses - in 2018 - their old Nazi logo and I’ll eat my words. But you can’t and you won’t because they don’t.
