What I am wondering is whether they are deliberately traveling outside the U.S. because the Clinton Foundation stuff is about to hit?
A trip to India, Switzerland, maybe to Brazil or Lichtenstein or some other place to visit good friends, for a long time....

Having said that, I am finding Q's clues are not meant to be deep and complex. And it does fit in with Snowden. I follow Snowden twitter account and posted last FR board Snowden last public tweet. March 9. And that tweet kinda fits in the puzzle. Snowden has not tweeted since. Snowden was scheduled to make a weekend livestream appearance. He did not show up.
Q's crumb of [E]pic . . . has me thinking Snowden is in Gitmo. But another Q crumb said he wanted Snowden in DC. So yeah am going face palm myself and admit its all too confusing. But entertaining. LOL
