Oh, I dont think she is faking. And its ok to allow a talented kid with autism to get in, based on talent, and maybe with some aids he or she needs (like when they helped the blind contestant around the stage). But one doesnt need to patronize. Truly the sister of Dixie was better than crazy Catie.
Yes, I do have one son with very highly functioning autism. Life is much harder for him but he is a genius and a great person. And horrible to raise! Glad that part is over! Lol. Parents of kids with brain disorders have it hard. None of those kids score less than an 11 on the scale of parenting difficulty.
