What is Katy Perry wearing? It looks like a cross between a shower curtain and one of Hillary's "I need help getting down these steps" pantsuits.

The judges are actually being critical?
Luke: You're not the best singer on stage, but you're such a dadgum heart-throb. Just try to accelerate and get the vocals knocked out.
